We ship all orders from Switzerland via Swiss Post (PostPac Economy) or a reliable carrier, in order to guarantee fast and secure delivery at the best price.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally prepared and shipped the same day.
During periods of high demand (product releases, promotions, special events, etc.), processing times may be extended to 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Methods and Fee
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order.

The « La Poste Standard » option is available when the total parcel weight is compatible with this shipping method (up to 2 kg).

The « La Poste – Colis lourd » option always remains displayed on the website.

When the weight exceeds the standard parcel limit, only the « Colis lourd » option is automatically available.
If the total weight of the order exceeds 30 kg, delivery is not possible through our system.
In this case, we invite you to place several separate orders, each with an individual weight below this limit.
For any order over 100 CHF, shipping is free of charge.
In this case, the choice between the available options does not affect the amount charged.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Switzerland only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.
